Your continued use of the Software-as-a-Service products, and/or continued provision of Personal Information to us will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.


arivis, Inc. is concerned with the security of the data we have collected and has in place reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to that information.  When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) on our platform login, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Processing of Personal Data

Your personal information may be processed by arivis, Inc. in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorized access to your personal data. Personal data will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties

The Clireo application uses cookies to store minimal information in order to create a better user experience as well as ensure a secure login process.  Cookies in this application may be used during the Live, Google, and Clireo Active Directory authentication process, to enable the user to immediately visit the most recent project/module, or to obtain a list of recent items visited within the application.

Arivis, Inc. Privacy Shield Notice

arivis, Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States.  arivis, Inc. has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit  arivis, Inc. adheres to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Principles with respect to personal data of residents of the EEA and Switzerland that are received in reliance on the Privacy Shield from EEA and Switzerland residents who visit our websites and companies in the EEA and Switzerland.  This Notice does not apply to data that arivis, Inc. collects from employees of our subsidiaries in the EEA and Switzerland or to data that we collect from other jurisdictions.

Personal Data Collected

arivis, Inc. collects minimal business contact information from clients, suppliers, and other business partners in the EEA and Switzerland.  From the EEA and Switzerland website, visitors who request additional information about our products or who wish to access secure areas of our site will have the following information collected: salutation, name, company name, position, email address, and telephone number.

arivis, Inc. also stores and processes personal data on behalf of our clients.  Our clients use our cloud-based software products to process personal data at their discretion, including data pertaining to their own customers, employees, and patients.  While arivis, Inc. strongly discourages the client’s use of personal data in the cloud-based software products, the client maintains the utmost responsibility for the content in which they enter into the product.

We may obtain business contact information of clinical and regulatory professionals from third party public sources such as regulatory associations and directories.  arivis, Inc.’s participation in the Privacy Shield applies to all personal data that is subject to the arivis, Inc. Privacy Statement and is received from the European Union and the European Economic Area.

Third Party Disclosures of Personal Data

Under the Privacy Shield Framework, arivis, Inc. is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives and any subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.  arivis, Inc. complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
